I was referred to Kimberfire by a couple friends and I could not be happier with how the engagement ring turned out. It was a bit daunting to select a diamond through the online platform but Larissa walked me through all the need to know details. The design process was simple and I was given a chance to review and comment at every stage. It was such a great process from start to end.

She really listened and displayed genuine care during the months we worked on my (now) fiancées ring. She helped me find the perfect ring for her. She had incredible patience with me picking out the perfect diamond that she kept showing me. I was very picky with how the diamond should be and she was able to change it with ease. Great experience! During my search for an engagement ring I had gone to 7 of the best reviewed jewelry stores/diamond retailers in Toronto. Unlike a lot of these retailers who tried to sell me on an engagement ring, Larissa at Kimberfire took to a different approach. She began by educating me on diamonds, clarity, and cuts. IU found this process really helpful since it was my first time buying a diamond ring. As she went through the different cuts and what makes them special, I was able to decide on the ring I thought would suit my now fiancée. We have nothing but the most positive feedback from our experience with Kimberfire. Getting a ring is intimidating but the idea of a custom engagement ring was appealing to get just what we wanted. We were lucky enough to get an in person consultation prior to covid where Larissa walked us through the entire process. She educated us on how to get the most out of our ring and helped design a setting exactly to our specifications. After the initial consultation she responded to questions over email and helped choose a stone right in line with our budget. We got to see a rendering before we committed and the final result exceeded our expectations. We designed a round cut diamond with a halo with diamonds on the band and on the supports. We were always concerned about too much metal but all we can see is diamonds and we love it! We want to express our gratitude with the entire company and especially Larissa who helped us make our choices with confidence. This is something we will remember forever and I'm glad we chose to work with Kimberfire. Already Looking forward to going back for the wedding bands.

I had followed a different custom jeweller online for 2 years and fell in love with a specific ring. When I reached out, they tried to talk me into a lab Diamond and doubling the carats. I was devastated as I had been perfectly clear in what I wanted. I informed this other company that I wanted earth mined and X carats at which point they told me it would take them months to source an earth mined Diamond of that size and told me I should go to Kimberfire. Yes, they literally sent me here. At the beginning, I was devastated because their online portfolio didn’t have many ‘vintage’ style rings and I wasn’t sure they could create what I wanted. I reached out anyway, and connected with Larissa who confidently assured me she could recreate the ring -and with an earth-mined Diamond. I was extremely worried but something about Larissa’s confidence told me to just go with it. To say I am thrilled with the end product, is an understatement. The ring is even more elegant than I could have imagined and the sparkles are unbelievable. My boyfriend said he had an amazing experience with Larissa and in hindsight, it was worth all the initial stress and upset. We will be back for our bands soon!
