February 11, 2023. I, David James went into Stokes, at the West Edmonton Mall. Usually because I’m a senior I get ignored. This was not the case today. The manager Lily took care of everything that I needed for my new apartment. Great pricing great deals explained everything. I learned a lot of new things in the way of cooking. Awesome service. I cherish go to Lily.

My friend lilly and I went to market mall stokes yesterday and could not me more happy that we even walked into the store. An employee batul helped us find a gift for someone very special to us and she adored it. She was so kind and professional with the way she helped both us and other customers out, it was so amazing. Truly Every employee should be like her!!

On black friday I placed an in-store pickup order online and received my confirmation email. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. Until finally today I reached out to customer service online to ask if I could get a status update on my order. They informed me that due to the store not having the stock they had cancelled my order. This was news to me as I never received any communication about it! No phone call from the store, and no email from the company itself. This is completely unacceptable! Had I known that my order was never going to be fulfilled by the store I could have ordered online and probably had my items by now. Very disappointed.

The Manager of the Store is Crude and racistI have shopped there before never again.She does not know how to provide good customer service. I was going to spend quite a bit had to purchase dishes glasses mugs toasters kettle etc ready to drop 500.00I will pay extra to not to deal with this person again.

Honestly the best stokes I’ve been to.2 amazing girls zainab and batul helped me pick out a gift for my aunt and she absolutely loved it. The way the spoke to other customers was so nice and I’m very glad I came to this stokes.

One of the workers helped us out and let us leave our purchase behind so we can walk around the mall. He let us pick it up after we were done. Overall, he was super kind and helpful!
