My first time having lunch with a friend at this location. The bruschetta flat bread was a bit hard to chew. I was expecting it to be soft. The food was okay, the server was okay. The only thing that I enjoyed was the chicken finger and fries. It arrived quickly and was fresh.

We came in as a big group and they turned us away. Restaurant was not busy. Server was extremely rude. Our group will not be back to support this location. We have never had any issues with any other location turning us down.We came here once before and the server was extremely rude the whole time so we decided to come back and give them another chance and this was the outcome

I went in for dinner with my boyfriend and his family, kelti was an amazing server! Fast service, got our drinks within 5 minutes and food came out about 20 minutes later! Overall had a good experience and the food was yummy!

This is where you can find good steak at a cheaper price.They are not as classy as the KEG or Scadabush, or Novita, but if you want to just have steak for no occasion, Chucks is the best place for you to eat

It was another day of running around, looking for stuff to complete some home repairs. It took some searching but I ended up in the north end of Whitby and by this time I was starving!Chuck's Roadhouse was nearby and I've been quite happy with their good food and great value in previous visits to other locations.This time around, I ordered their ½ BBQ Chicken. It tasted good and was plentiful! I almost finished it. Almost! Note to self: ¼ chicken is enough!It was in between lunch and dinner when I went in so it wasn't busy at all. My server did a great job, offering friendly and attentive service, checking on me several times. My food, however, took an abnormally long time to arrive. Maybe I was just starving!

Just an overall underwhelming experience. We had the bad luck to have been seated directly across from a window that got full sun about 20 minutes into our visit. Our server tried to close the blinds, but there were none on that window.We do not recommend either of the roast beef sandwiches; the beef itself was just not good at all, which makes the whole sandwich not good.My order was also completely wrong, then partially wrong after it was corrected the first time. Mistakes happen, and they corrected it quickly.Our experience would possibly have been better if we'd been seated somewhere else and/or ordered something different, but tonight was pretty bad all around.

We arrived at Chuck’s roadhouse your location on thickson Road in Taunton at 5:30 Sunday evening, and were seated at a table. They were four of us in our party and were seated at a table the waitress who was very, very nice and pleasant took our order and brought us our drinks right away after 45 minutes we asked her what was taking so long for our meals to come when we saw other tables arrive get their food and leave she went into the kitchen and came out and told us that our food hadn’t even been started yet and that they had two inexperienced cooks in the kitchen and our meals would not be coming anytime soon. She was almost crying telling us that she was so sorry. We asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager there. He left that place with two inexperienced cooks and three waitresses and somebody at the bar, nobody responsible within that restaurant. Needless to say we left she asked us to call the next day and speak to a lady manager and make the complaint she was that upset about it. I would like somebody to contact me regarding this incident. . The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. It was plenty of tables empty.Deplorable circumstances

Chucks is the place where all of us should go after 9pm. They have happy hours. All appetizers half prices and beer is very cheap too. We had a lot of food and a lot of beer as well. For food we had Wings, spinach and artichokes dip, cheese chilli fries. It was amazing. Highly recommended.

We stopped here for a late dinner on a Saturday night. We enjoyed a beer and ordered a burger....Smoky Mountain for hubby and a classic cheeseburger for me. it was fresh, hot and delicious when we got it. We would be here all the time if we lived closer! Great local pub feel. Would suggest you let customers know the beer specials of the day/time....looks like there were game specials, but we did not know.
