Zero warranty after 24 hours!? Phone holder was just as good as expensive holders" last night this morning "you broke it!". I asked can you do anything for me it is brand new? She offered to throw it out for me. Avoid this horrible business."

I went yesterday. things are a bit messy. Found what I needed brought it to the counter and the guy working said absolutely nothing to me. and then he threw hand sanitizer on his hands right after I payed(was kinda aggressive not going to lie)...Was the weirdest interaction I have had going into any store in my life. Very rude! will not be going back.

Good selection of items. Sometimes though, I feel like the store is cramped. There is barely any space to move around. Also, not all items are priced. They use price gun for their price tags so not all items are properly marked.

The staff at this location is very unfriendly, particularly the short lady with black hair. She never greets you and it looks like she hates her job! Don’t come here unless you really have to.

Absolutely horrible experiences to be had in this store. The staff are incredible rude. Would rate a 0 if possible on Google. Ps buy your balloons at Safeway across the street. Much cheaper and friendly service!

The older lady was helpful and all that but hey, maybe next time respect your customers and do not rip/twist the receipt and throw it in the trash bin! Just pass it to customers, it’s the law! Get it?

Great experience in the store , very polite and customer oriented lady employee who never hesitates to help me in the morning and during my lunch break. I party lynn valley is my favorite store!

Best customer service I have ever had!! Especially with the short black hair lady! She is really polite and helpful even when the store gets busy. I always recommend my friends to go there!

Great variety of options for birthdays, parties, gatherings, etc. Don't expect one dollar store prices as it is a little bit more expensive and when busy there might be a lineup. But still a great option to buy stuff for celebrations.
