I accidentally happened to visit here as I kept driving on the light house road after visiting Gore bay Marina. Cute little light house. It was closed though. Great history signage post for somebody interested in knowing more. Worth making a stop. There is a bench by the lighthouse and a bit of a lake.

The lighthouse is closed temporarily but you can still visit the grounds and the small beach across it. Beautiful spot!*it's also a Pokestop lol*

Awesome old lighthouse that dates back to the 1800s, some great history. Unfortunately the tour was closed when we went but there's a cool plaque with some historical details. Lots of parking and some picnic tables as well as a garbage nearby if you need a quick pit stop. A cute little beach opposite that has a lot of cool rocks with fossilized sea critters. Nice view of the bay!

If you're touring the island this is a pleasant place to stop and have a coffee or picnic.
