Nicole is so talented at what she does. I came in this past week for my follow up appointment for microblading. She is so knowledgeable and answered every question I had even if I thought it was a silly question. You can tell how passionate she is about her job and her business. Thank you so much Nicole!

Terrible customer service. I booked a micro blading appointment for weeks in advance back in Oct 2022. Upon completion of intake after my credit card was charged I received the stipulation that the service cannot be performed during pregnancy. I immediately emailed them right away to cancel less than 5 minutes after booking for an appointment 6 weeks in the future and owner would not refund me $180 but requested I rebook appointment after I give birth (8 months later). I requested a refund and she wouldn’t provide one initially, then finally after numerous back and forth emails she said, “they are not comfortable seeing me in the future and would issue a refund”. It has been a number of months and no refund was provided or no service has been rendered. I have emailed twice asking for follow up and no response. Seems that they took the $180 and won’t return it but no service has been rendered.

Highly recommended! Nicole takes the time to make us comfortable and at ease. I was amazed at her method and artistry. The process was very comfortable and I love my new brows!

Nicole is a very skilled & talented artist. I had micro blading with shading done 5 days ago & I am already soooo pleased with the result. I feel so much better about myself because I now have eyebrows (due to a thyroid issue & perimeopause my brows had become extremely faint). My brows look very natural which is exactly what I was looking for.It was like a relaxing spa experience in the Burlington studio which is decorated in a shabby chic style, with many cool artistic details. There was spa music and I was made comfortable with props under my legs and a cozy blanket during the process. Nicole is very concerned about things being sterile and she gave me detailed aftercare instructions.Nicole is a lovely person who made me feel welcome & comfortable right away.Thank you for my new Browsbae!!

Where to even start!? This review is a year in the making! I saw Nicole yesterday for my second time after seeing her last year for my initial microblading service and I am JUST as in love with her and my brows as I was then! (Full Disclosure - I am in my brothers wedding in two months so I just wanted them refreshed, I could have gone a while without them actually needing it! Last year I saw Nicole after spending a couple years doing some research on who I wanted to see. I had my brows done many years ago, and they needed some correction as well as brand new work. I followed Nicole on social media for a while, and decided to book when I saw the quality of her work. From the MOMENT I booked, any type of anxiety I felt, was gone. Nicole made me feel completely at ease about her being able to correct previous work (not done by her) and to give me the brow shape I was dreaming of, and that is exactly what she did. I could talk forever about how amazing her work is - but what really and truly is most incredible, is the special person that Nicole is. This is more than just a service to her, and you are more than just a client. She makes you feel like the most important person in the world. I could not be more happy that I trusted Nicole with my brows, and I am a client for life!

I really cannot say enough good things about my microblading experience with Nicole at Browsbae! I have spent so much time, money and effort every morning trying to perfect my brows. Such a pain trying to get the shape right. I’ve dyed them, done henna, pencilled them and even temporarily tattooed them. I finally decided to have them microbladed and I will never go back. Nicole perfectly mapped them out and gave me the perfect shape and shade for my face. They have stood up to the test of time! It’s such a time saver to wake up every day with already perfect brows. My favourite part is spending summers at the beach swimming and lathering on sunscreen without a care of what has happened to my makeup. The procedure itself is relatively painless and Nicole’s studio offers a clean, relaxing and professional environment. An investment in myself that has been worth every penny…..
