I’m very lucky to be spoiled with surprise flower deliveries. The flower fairy always orders from here and Every single time everything is amazing. Right from the phone call, the customer service, and of course the flowers are always stunning.

Ordered a sympathy arrangement, and was called, 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered, that they couldn't do an arrangement at that time but they could do a bouquet, so I agreed to that, no mention of substitution of flowers. My cousin sent me a picture of the bouquet and it had none of the flowers I had paid for (glads, large lilies, gerbera daisies) It looked like a bouquet of mums, not close to what I ordered. Paid $105 for a bouquet that cost $40 at Safeway. Tried contacting through their ‘contact us’ page, twice, and they will not get back to me.

I got married on the July 2nd long weekend, and Kathy did my flowers. I simply sent her a few reference photos, and the arrangements she came up with were so incredible!! I was so impressed, and throughout the day people were constantly complimenting the flowers. In fact, the bouquets were better than the reference photos!! I could not recommend That Flower Shop on Vedder enough!

Unbelievable experience! Highly recommend! I just gave my budget and Kathy made an absolutely STUNNING bouquet in less than 10 minutes. A beautiful arrangement of so many different types and colours of flowers. Just wow! Plus, the debit machines were down due to Roger's service disruption so I was unable to pay. I was going to leave and find a bank, but Kathy was so understanding and trusted me to e-transfer later that evening. It's so refreshing to find trusting, warm people. Best customer service I've experienced in a while. I will definitely be back!

Some flowers weren’t fresh and some decorations for example the fern is in plastic.Definitely over-priced.I paid in total ( including taxes )72$; they could have done better.

I brought them a challenge of doing full wedding florals *2 weeks* before my wedding on a limited budget. THEY PULLED THROUGH! Everything was beautiful! Such wonderful people working there and I’m so happy I found them.(But seriously brides to be don’t wait as long as I did, do better than me lol )
