This place has the friendliest staff and great prices. Tax is always included in, which is appreciated. The staff are always courteous and familiar, and never seem fake. Always a pleasure to shop here knowing I'm getting great deals and superb service.If they offered lower prices I would continue shopping here regularly but sometimes my preferred product is out of stock + Tokyo Smoke offers a great loyalty program.If the owner reads this, please pass my praise to your excellent staff. Either of the two locations in Kingston are my #1 stop shop; hands down.Both locations have very knowledgable staff. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will work with you to find something similar or even better that you weren't aware of. I typically go in for CBG, but when the location was out, they talked to me about my use and made alternate suggestions that has been equally helpful, rather than going without

really frustrating being ID'd by a Child. go to 710 Kingston were their employees actually recognize regular customers that have spent $1000's. every one of those employees that were working today have sold to me in the past without ID whats changed? the quality of the customer service thats what. they couldnt recognize one of their regulars even with a receipt in hand for a return.

Calyx has by far the cleanest menu in their in store locations. I love how easy and convenient finding the latest packaging dates and tax is included in all of their prices. If you have not had the chance to go in, Try going in the afternoon on Wednesdays when they have their new orders in and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable aswell.
