I had wanted a family ring but didn't want the typical styles you see at the mall jewelry store. Jennifer was great at coming up with a style that I loved right away and then we worked together to customize a one-of-a-kind family ring that I will treasure forever. With the different stone options, they did an excellent job explaining the options, pricing and availability. The overall job was completed faster than expected and looks amazing! So thrilled to wear it and show it off to everyone.

Love everything about this company!The staff is absolutely amazing! I got a replacement diamond for my wedding band there and the quality of their product for the price you pay is completely worth it. They were able to fix my 1920’S diamond wedding ring and match it completely while making it look brand new.If you don’t see anything you like the staff will work with you to design something beautiful and unique!

Absolutely great overall experience. A ring purchase is not a common purchase, so most people are new or have minimal knowledge about the process. Richard made every aspect smooth, starting with education, then a thorough discussion to understand exactly what i wanted, followed by steps on how to find the perfect ring and eventually presented a few options. I found EXACTLY what i was looking for and my Fiancee can't stop smiling. It all worked out great and I'm very happy with my purchase and experience. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable, nice and communication response times are best in the business. Highly recommend, would give 6 stars if i could.

An amazing experience and great help. Would highly recommend going here to buy an engagement ring. The staff was very informative and helpful with designing our ring with us. At one point they even created a 3D ring out of some paper to help us better understand what we were designing.

Petroula made this a very special experience for us. We were able to have the store just to ourselves while creating my custom ring, and it is exactly everything I hoped it would be. Breslauer runs deep in my family lineage with jewelry purchases since the 50's which also made it very special for me. They also helped create this dream ring for us with the budget we had - just the entire experience was what I had dreamed it would be since I was little :)

Excellent customer Service received by Penny at Breslauer & Warrren Jewellers. She was super helpful and professional. It made my decision alot easier on which one to get. I just love it! Just got it today, getting it sized tomorrow and it is going be done the same day before 3pm which is amazing a lot place take a couple of days or even a week! High recommended

Before connecting with Breslauer & Warren, I was feeling very intimidated about my lack of knowledge of diamonds and all things engagement rings. That changed pretty much as soon as Petroula emailed me to set up a consultation appointment. Our pre-appointment communication was very relaxed, and she asked some very good questions that put me at ease about who I was dealing with.I would suggest you browse their website and definitely take a look at the Custom Jewellery Design Handbook to give yourself some fundamentals about rings and all the lingo, etc. It's also a handy tool for when you're talking to your significant other about what they like in a ring....Anyhoo..back to the review. Upon meeting Petroula at our consultation, I instantly knew I had made the right choice in coming to Breslauer & Warren. She was very easy going, answered all my questions (usually before I asked them - she's that good) and gave me all the info I needed to be able to create the ring that would and did sweep my fiance off her feet. Richard was also available to provide additional suggestions and information about my diamond selection.The ring arrived in the time frame given to me and at the price I was quoted.Overall it is my pleasure to give the highest of recommendations to Breslauer & Warren for their service, selection, and price.
