Excellent work from the owner Fred - VIP Closets. He was quick with the measurements for our 3 closets + drawings and was extremely easy to work with. We waited 10 weeks for him to install the closets and it was worth waiting. Everything went well as expected and we are really happy with our closets.

Overall everything was great. The custom closets that Fred and his team installed are high quality and look outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking to do custom closets.

Farhad and his team did an excellent job at our place for closet organizers initially. We loved their work very much so we called them back to do our laundry cabinetry and countertop. As expected they again did an excellent job. They were punctual, reliable and competent in their work. I am sure we will call them back for our future work.

I am thrilled to say that my entrance way and closets have been utterly transformed! I am overjoyed with how everything has turned out, and the final result is simply stunning. Fred and his team were a pleasure to work with, and their dedication and expertise were second to none. This project has not only beautified my home but has also significantly improved its functionality, making it more organized and neat for everyone in the family. Moreover, the prices charged were reasonable, and the quality of work delivered was of the highest caliber. All in all, it was a truly fantastic experience!

Worst experience ever! I don’t know where to begin with. Last year August he started the kitchen work and agreed to finish it within 45days. Now it is almost an year passed but he did not finish the job. Parts of my work left unfinished. Very unprofessional and won’t pick my calls at all. It is very frustrating and believe me I would have called 100times at least and IM many times. He don’t respond at all. I regret doing business with him. Honestly, I don’t think he will finish my job after seeing this.

We contracted VIP closets to install the following items: (i) built in closet in master bedroom; (ii) custom bench in kitchen; (iii) custom kitchen (cabinets); (iv) custom closet under stairs; (v) main closet; and (vi) custom murphy bed.Farhad was very proactive and actively involved in helping us make our vision become a reality. He took the time to provide consultation on layouts, materials, colors, and timelines. Farhad and Syed did demonstrated strong attention to detail, excellent workmanship, professionalism, and positive attitude when completing the work in our house. We are very happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone. They use high quality materials to construct our closets, kitchen and Murphy bed. Furthermore they were very prompt in addressing any questions or concerns we had. They guarantee the quality of their work. Thank you for adding your creative touches to our home!

My experience with VIP Closets was great. Fred, the owner, designed and installed three separate closets for me (bedroom, entrance, laundry) in my condo. He was very professional and the quality of the work I expected was met. He designed each closet and informed me of all my options with costs explained. I am a very picky individual as well, but he was able to address all my questions and asks in a timely manner. He even did other small work in my condo (outside of the closets) that were not paid for, which is something I appreciated. However, the biggest thing for me was how competitive his prices were. I would not recommend going with a larger company, they have too much overhead costs which cause the price to almost double. The materials he uses are all from the same vendor and he constantly accommodated my changes in design, making for an overall much better experience. If you live especially in a condo I would recommend getting custom closets and have VIP Closets handle it, you will definitely get your money's worth.

Where do I begin...Called VIP Closets as a referral from our neighbours in our little community. Fred came by and communicated well the products and our ideas. After he received the deposit, he somehow had forgotten our choices and what we talked about. When he came by there were many items that were done poorly and not to our satisfaction. This is where everything went down the hill when we saw the workmanship and mentioned it to him. His answer for everything was that is not my job". He boxed our drawers now we cannot change the hinges. We asked him nicely to come back and give us access to the screws/knobs. He again said that is not my problem. They also missed a few soft close hinges which they came by to fix but one ended up being out of place as well as the drawer sliders. (Also forgot one completely) The sliders are very loose and shaky. The caulking job was horrible on some places and I had to do my own caulking in our family room area because he again said that it's not his job. After communicating everything to him nicely
