A huge thank you to Kay and Michelle who helped my family with the passing of a loved one. They were professional, courteous and detail-oriented. The stone we got for my mom turned out absolutely beautiful. It was a great experience with Kay and Quynh from beginning to end. They are responsive, responsible, patient and provided a beautiful stone at an affordable price. I changed the design a couple times. It took Quynh a couple hours to totally change the original design. At the end, I choose the black stone marker without color painting so my mom's picture shows up extremely vivid on the stone. I would highly recommend Raincoast.

We had a great experience with Raincoast Memorials when we were purchasing a marker from them . The owner, Herb, is knowledgeable and professional. His sales and design representative, Ms. Quynh, is extremely efficient, patient and friendly. She provided many wonderful ideas for the design on the marker, really helped us put all of our thoughts together. Their price is so reasonable and the final product is perfect.

Kay was extremely professional and very patient and kind. She and her team incorporated the design and wordings we wanted and adjusted the gravestone design many times before it was finalised. Since this was during COVID, it took a bit longer to reach the cemetery, but we were kept informed at every stage.Thank you to Raincoast Memorials for a job well done.
