Mintu's Auto Repair & Towing

If negative stars was an options I’d give it. Towed my vehicle and completely destroyed. Clearly doesn’t know how to properly tow.

Me and my family get all of our work done here. These guys are honest, quick, and more often than not I've been charged 100's less than the original quotes on maintenance. Not sure what these other reviews are on about.

If I could give this company -10 I would. I strongly advise against using this couple unless you want to be lied to. Our vehicle was towed illegally at an event parking where there were no clear signs stating any parking restrictions. When we finally figured out what towing company took our vehicle, we were told it was city by-law and that someone had called in to report our parking. They gave us no choice but to go to their tow yard (which by the way is a shady residential backyard) and pay a fee of $250. When we told the couple that there were no signs where we parked, the awfully arrogant woman said “I don’t stalk people but I took pictures of you stepping out the vehicle”. Well, I didn’t know I had paparazzi, and to be photographed without consent is a whole other story. This is after she told us someone had called in to report our parking… all lies. She then says “I don’t dream of this” yet, you use your Monday evening to sit out in a parking lot and take photos of people going into an event? I hope you take that $250 and use it to learn proper business etiquette.

Central Park Village in Abbotsford, car towed from stall while in After Thoughts. No reason! Called to get vehicle back & Mintu's Towing is a bunch of crooks! They tow vehicles for no reason, refuse to explain why or apologize. Just yell & scream & hold vehicles hostage. Son had to threaten them for them to give car back & they still hid car in back lot making it difficult to find. *BEWARE* They drive around town just looking for vehicles to tow to make a dollar, then they berate & belittle the owners.

I have lived in Abbotsford for 11 years. Have used Mintu's services. Mechanical & towing regularly. They have always been fair and quick & honest. Even the most recent visit they didn't even charge for their time due to the issue being so minor.Thank you.

Very good service. Highly recommended if you need your car repaired or towed very fast and quick. Price was good as well and affordable.

Experienced technicians who can very easily mend your cars. Maybe it takes sometime for you to be attended once in, but the work is done perfectly. You can definitely rely on the car repairing skills these guys!

I locked my keys in my car and called Mintus Towing and they were on sight within 15 minutes. They unlocked my car within 5 minutes, and they were well priced and polite I would highly recommend them

Predatory towing! Drives around town in the middle of the day looking for vehicles to tow and tows them for no reason! Claims that they were parked for longer than the maximum time! HE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH! The individual towing vehicles is rude, condescending and aggressive. He is also very threatening.
