We had our kitchen renovated from top to bottom this past spring. We have only great things to say about the service, the quality of the materials and the price, which was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other places. From day one, Joe the owner and Jessica were very professional and personable. They helped us every step of the way. Alexei, who they recommended to do the work, was also terrific. We trusted him implicitly and we were extremely satisfied with the job done. We would definitely recommend Kitchen Wholesalers!

Terrible experience from the start, cabinets received twice damaged. Jessica at the time was great to deal with. 3 years in, it took 6 months to get new clips for all my broken drawers. Cabinet doors are cracked at the seams and I am told “ it’s the nature of wood”. Installer they recommended did a terrible job. The whites have changed colour…. Keep shopping.

Within 10 minutes of arriving I had a kitchen plan done. They were able to make changes along the way, when I decided that I wanted to add something. The staff were amazing. The cabinet installers great. The price is very reasonable, I got solid wood cabinets.

I had to redo my kitchen with an extremely tight schedule. Yossi and Joe understood my needs and coordinated all activities with their reliable partners. Service in that manner was excellent.What was even more impressive was their dedication after the project was completed. Minor adjustments were needed and they made us feel extremely important to their business even if we had already paid everything. Jessica was on top of things and Yossi followed up to confirm there was nothing else they could do to exceed our expectations. THAT is what I call excellent customer service!

Their reference to an installer was also reliable, Alexi of Renom Construction did a great job with the utmost respect to our situation and our home. We were also impressed with the after sales customer service, that is when you know if a company respects their clients. I can not say enough about them I would recommend anyone who is in need of a new kitchen to look them up..

I was extremely pleased with the service I received today , I had my kitchen cabinets installed 3 years ago and one of the hinges was loose. Called Joe and he immediately sent someone to repair my hinge. It was done with speed and efficiency.
