I like the ambience of the store, especially when I ordered by drink one of the Emloyee helped in making a custome-drink, Arjun did really good and he has a positive attitude and next time when I'm in sydney again I'll definitely come visit bucks again.

I went in the store today to order my drink and I can’t remember what I said wrong but the worker (I think she is a manager) gave me a weird look and asked me in a rude way if I was getting a drink off of TikTok and rolled her eyes after telling the worker to just let me do the drink the way I wanted it lol

Clean restuarant and friendly staff. Baristas were consistent with preparing specialized/custom drinks (we ordered a number of different times over 2-3 days we spent in town). Drive through was also quick. Love the sous vide egg bites menu item.

Although I'm not a big fan of Starbucks coffee in general, the taste of the coffee was OK, but the staff made it really pleasant. I didn't find any other coffee shops in Sydney that were open as early nor as late as they were. It was mostly quiet inside, whether early in the morning or in the evening. Glad I found it during my 3-day stay in Sydney. I'd go back.

Nice Starbucks location with very friendly staff. Always a good crowd and you don’t wait overly long for your drinks either in-store or in the drive through. Lots of seating and places to charge your devices. Always enjoy the drinks that I order here.

This place is phenomenal. They do alot of good to help the community with donating snacks to a non profit. Staff is sweet and helpful and they have great fall drinks.

Compared with other Starbucks I've visited, the seating was cheap and worn. I wouldn't describe it as dirty, however, my work was frequently interrupted by flies..Staff was fine but I don't feel my pricey Grande was worth it at this location. The poor interior and lack of view make it uninviting.

Great friendly staff, that take the time to learn regulars orders. Mistakes (though rare) are taken back without question and are fixed quickly, love going here

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They made the mistake on the drink and insisted I stand in line to pay the extra .60cents for the size difference. They should have eaten the cost and instead when I refused to stand in the giant line up and tried to hand them the dollar, all I got was Discriminatory and rude behaviour In front of the entire store. from both the barista and the manager Kiara. I was then banned from this location in front of everyone for being rude to the barista, which I was not. Stern not rude. I will never go to this location again. In fact, I may never give another cent to Starbucks again based on this single experience.
