This store is just great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I buy all my yarn from here as they have great deals and prices.

This is for Framing Services only. A comedy of errors, from start to finish for my framing project. Had heard of them “losing” art in the past, so only had a print that I could replace if need be. Be warned, they only refund up to $250 for lost or damaged art … so do Not take any valuable pieces. My frame did not come on time, was wrong matt configuration, redid at store with wild over cuts, had to have laser cut matts reordered … still not great craftsmanship but was done with the futility of it all. I had to have a custom frame - so that is on me, but overall the process/quality was hugely lacking. My family member had a frame done that they majorly screwed up, 6+ months later have NOT received the refund they were promised - horrible service. Update ... a year later and Michael's has still NOT refunded a framing job they admitted they ruined!!!! BBB need to be alerted to their business practices for refunds/returns.

Brushetta was buried by onion and a spicy sauce. We couldn't taste the tomato at tomato at all. The salmon entree was the smallest portion of salmon have ever seen. 3oz at best. The vegetables with both main courses were only okay. For two entrees and a shared appetizer and iced tea to drink coming to a total of 100$. A special night out was disappointing to say the least.

Good selection but as a painter, coming in to buy canvases, more often than not the canvases are damaged. Staff are always decently nice.

A huge thank you to the staff at this location! I am overwhelmed in big stores and needed several items. Everyone was really helpful but I really need to say a special thanks to Brandi. She is amazing and I will look forward to my next visit!

Yet another retailer advertising a sale price that is not available.... I received an email offering 75% discount on custom frames... I called on Sunday afternoon to ask when the sale was running and was told that I had received a US sales email.... We were away, so once we got home, I opened the email and verified it was a Canadian offer. I grabbed my project that needed to be framed, and drove to Michael's. The gentleman behind the counter also said it was a US email so I pulled it up to show him and he asked for his Manager who also said it was a US email.... After a bit of discussion we finally found the frames that were on sale... I was asked to pick one of about 12 that were on sale. I picked one - it was out of stock, as was choice 2 and 3. I finally asked him to tell me which ones were in stock....We found 2 frames availableI have to admit I was getting frustrated, not once did they apologize for the confusion.....

Wendy is the sweetest little angel! She is so kind and helped me a ton with gathering everything I needed for my project. Thank you Wendy, you're the best ♡

The framer Jermaine is an outstanding professional that knew just what I came in for. I haven't experienced such level of customer service in years and was surprised to have had the exceptional level of service I was able to experience. I will definitely be returning in the future for similar needs and be leading friends to this location in hopes they too will be able to experience what I did from Jermaine.
