The last ice storm broke a big branch which brought down the electric line connecting our house to Hydro-Quebec. Elias and George fixed our service mast very quickly and their price was reasonable and fair. They explained in detail every step of the process and executed efficiently.We couldn't be happier and would definitely call on them in the future. In fact, they fixed our parents' service mast right after as well and we're all very pleased with the outcome.If you are looking for trustworthy professionals, give them a call. I hired Vlo Voltage to install a new Hydro meter at my rental property. Though space was very limited, and the project was challenging, they found an amazing and clean way of installing the new meter. They were on time, professional, and explained every step of the process to me. The pricing was fair, and the follow ups were amazing. We lost power during the ice storm of April 5. By the time the Lo-voltage crew came, we hadn’t had power for 2 days. Our main power entrance to the house (from the hydro wire) was knocked down/ripped out of the wall by a fallen branch. We called a few electricians who were either too busy or decided to take the weekend off, for the holidays. We happened to run into the Lo voltage crew, by chance, working diligently and tirelessly repairing the neighbours’ power supply. Like most working electricians, they were extremely booked but Elias (the owner) still took the tine ti cone look at our situation. He then told us to call him the following afternoon, to make arrangements. He and his crew showed up, ready to go the next morning. The job was done in the span of 3 hours. They were also very patient and answered all of our questions and made sure we had no concerns. They really saved us another 2-3 days if no power. The inly dowbside to this is i can’t put in more than 5 stars. Solid team, each very pleasant to talk to! HIGHLY recommend!!!
