Dr. Andrew Tortorella - Dentistry in Niagara Falls

First off. I would like to thank Dr. Tortorella and his amazing staff for all the care they provide and the way they treat all their patients. Everyone is so polite and kind. You don’t see that to often. I’ve been going to Dr Tortorella for 5 years or more. They always have made me feel welcome from day one. I find his rates are good, he doesn’t over charge. I used to have anxiety when going to the dentist. I wasn’t sure if it was the anxiety of what they needed to do or if it was cost of the procedure. He puts you at easy with both concerns. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. Whether you are 2 or 92. Dr. Tortorella by far is one of the best dentists around. Just book an appointment and you’ll see. Just like all the other reviews, he is very well respected, just like him and his staff are.

De Tortorella and his team are wonderful. We have been patients for many years and we are very grateful. Dr Tortorella is caring, very professional and takes time to listen to our concerns. His team, especially Janet and Lisa, are welcoming and make a difference at this office ( the dentiste’s assistant and the hygienists are great too) I don’t like going to Niagara Falls but I don’t want to change our family dentist because he is great! If you want a great experience every time you go to the dentist, go see Dr Tortorlla and his team—you will not be disappointed. Thanks team!

Good dentist, poor ethics.I was in debilitating pain from a broken wisdom tooth to the point where I couldn't drive and get anywhere safely on my own.I canceled my first appointment because I found a dentist that could get me in and on antibiotics right away, rather than me waiting a few days. I figured I could get the x-rays transferred at a later date, save everyone the headache, and not have to wait days on end to start killing any infection that could be present.The second time I canceled; I quite literally can not go anywhere because I had to go to the hospital to get such intense pain meds that all I can do is sleep.Regardless of this all being explained, I was still told that unfortunately

My fiancee had recommended Dr.Tortorella to me because I needed a new dentist after mine retired. I must say the staff is incredibly professional and kind. The office has a laid back atmosphere and listen to patients needs and wants. My fiancee had some dental anxiety, and the staff always makes him feel comfortable.I enjoy that the hygienists and doctor are straight shooters, they are honest and do only the necessary dental work required. I am so happy with my new dental office and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tortorella's for some time now and think he is a very good dentist, he has never hurt me and does an excellent job. As a child my experiences with dentists were painful so this is a big factor in my book. He is kind and thoughtful. His assistant is the best, always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I find all the staff in his office professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. Once my dentist retired, I stayed with this office when Dr. Tortorella became the new dentist because the staff there is so amazing! To begin, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in for my appointment. Their scheduling is impeccable. I have a very hectic schedule and Janet (the receptionist) is always so accommodating with me whether it be rescheduling my appointment (which happens often!), calling me to remind me of my appointment and forgiving me if I forgot I even had an appointment (this happened once lol!). I usually have Mary as my dental hygienist but I am always open to using other ones as well. No matter if it is Mary or a newer one (I was there last week and had Katelyn), they are always so friendly and chatty, making sure I am comfortable and not in any pain at all. I always get asked what flavours I would prefer and do not get reprimanded for always forgetting to floss (I know I know it should be done!). At the end of every appointment, Dr. Tortorella comes in to do a check on my teeth and he is always very pleasant, asking me about my teaching career, how my other projects are going and taking his time to answer any questions I may have. If have to come back for additional work on my teeth with Dr. Tortorella, he is usually assisted by Andrea who is always so cheery, talkative and reassuring. The staff at this office is always professional yet they make you feel so comfortable that going to the dentist is not a pain but a pleasure. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a positive change in the way their teeth are cleaned. As you can tell, they treat all of their patients like family and I wouldn't go to any other dentist office in the city :)

Excellent doctor and staff. I have a terrible fear of needles. Dr. was very kind, understanding and patient. He was very gentle and I did not feel any discomfort or pain when he was doing the freezing. His assistant is very gentle and polite as well. I had two fillings done at his office and I am very happy. He did a great job. Overall everyone who works at his office is very nice and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Tortorella and his team.

Dr.Tortorella and his staff are amazing! My 3 year old had 4 teeth extracted today and they were very compassionate, empathetic and professional. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my boy he is doing great!!

The front desk receptionists are always very welcoming, ensuring that your schedules are accommodated with efficient follow-up reminders. I appreciate the relationship we have built with our dental hygienist, Mary, who takes such good care of all her patients. There is always an abundance of compassion, empathy and humour to alleviate stress. Whenever friends ask around for a ‘new dentist’, I highly recommend dr. Our family has been very pleased with the professional care of dentistry Dr. Tortorella and his staff have provided over the years. The assistants and hygienists are very knowledgeable about the dental procedures and have high standards when it comes to the care and maintenance of our teeth. I have a low tolerance for pain and that dental chair" has on occasion caused some anxiety
