While it did take abit of time on queue, it is to be expected. Busy time and every business struggles with workforce issues. Once connected, service was exceptional! My phone/my lifeline was stolen. I spoke with a sales rep, Zach, who put my mind to ease and ensured he would have a sim card out to me ASAP. Great Service during difficult times can be a rare thing these days. Thanks Zach and Tbaytel for your fabulous customer service!

Honestly, it was great. Organized and fast despite Covid-19 policies, the service was so great and I really enjoyed the quiet store while I shopped. The store was very clean, the displays were great and someone was sanitizing when I arrived so it felt nice and safe. I was dreading the trip but I was very pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service.

Crooks!!! Once your Simple Pay 2 year term is up they will keep charging you for your phone even tho you have paid for it in full. They will not refund you. I was charged for an additional 3 month, until I realized I was still being charged. I asked why they continued to charge me for it when they know it’s paid/the term is up and they say well we can’t change your account without your permission.. we let you know when your term is up on your bill.. it says “ your term is up, contact us for options” .. how does that tell people your going to keep charging them monthly for a phone that’s paid for in full. The term has a start and end date, how is this legal?!?

I set up a device for an elder Dec 2020. It proved to be too difficult for her to navigate so I returned it January 15, 2021. Tbaytel charged me 48.00. The device plan was 25.00. Of course they have excuses about charges etc. Then they don't return the deposit. 'We didn't know you wanted it back' really? So customers routinely just give you deposits of hundreds of dollars and leave the money for you? Not even believable.Terrible service in the district and yet we pay the same costs. Can't get calls to connect, texts are received multiple times... It just never ends. Not even sure who else to go with that's the problem.

Not impressed!! On hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes and then told my call cannot go through please try again later. This is just by ping to push people to find alternate mobility services. I am seriously thinking of moving my current 3 cell services to another company.

Always a very long queue in order to get assistance from staff. Oftentimes, there are only 3 or 4 staff attending to their customers and often consume between 8-20mins each. These customers are firstly all lined up about 10-15 persons deep. It regularly takes 30-45mins to finally even get to the front of the line. Lunchtime or snack breaks are often the excuse. We were told that half were out for lunch. Perhaps, mgt should streamline and organize break schedules, say, 2people on break every 15 or 30mins to ensure an additional 2-person staff complement each cut-off hourbreak, instead of having more than half of them out for lunch.
