Jin Xin roofing installed a new roof for me last week and I was impressed with their work speed and how quickly it was done. If I hadn't seen the old shingles being removed I won't believe a new roof was installed. They are also very responsive.

They did my roof two years ago. Today they are doing my neighbors roof. They did an excellent job. They were fast, friendly, professional and had the best quote by far out of the six roofing company quotes.

Extremely impressed with this company. I had them replace our roof on a large two story home and pool house. Work was done efficiently, and top quality. Roofers cleaned up after and managed not to get any nails in my pool. Extremely impressed and will be referring them to anyone I know looking for a roof. Great job and thank you!

Jin Xin Roofing deceived me, overcharged me. But I got lucky and didn't fall for it.Here is the story:They came to do an estimate and quoted me $5000 to change my shingle. I agreed, paid the deposit, and scheduled a day.They showed up that day and suddenly they lied to me and told me that they just found out my house actually had 3 layers of old shingle that have to be removed, instead of 1. And it would take 2 additional hours to remove the 2 additional layers. And they forced me to pay them an addition $1000. They said if I didn't agree they would not do the job.I found it unethnical, but I still reluctantly agreed to pay the $1000. I didn't have much choice because the material have already been paid for.Then as they were removing the shingles, I talked to my neighbour about it. My neighbour worked as a roofer years ago and he told me that my house actually only had 2 layers of shingles, not 3. I caught them, confronted them and they gave me back half of the extra $1000.I despise contractors who deceive customers. As an expert in their field, they should not use their knowledge to deceive people who doesn't know.English is not my first language, nor is it their first language. Communication was already difficult between us. But I still gave them a chance to make a living and hired them to do the job. And it turned out I hired the wrong person.But I have had positive experience with other businesses operated by their ethnic group. And I hope people wouldn't stay away from their ethnic group. Because when one apple is rotten, it doesn't mean every apple in the basket is also rotten.

Very good experience. They are great at communication, very professional, and competitive pricing. My roof looks great and I am so happy I used this company.

They were honest, on time, and fast... can't beat the value! Communication was mostly through email and a single on-site visit, as opposed to the back an forth phone calls. But they did a great job on the roof and they cleaned up after themselves, barely a trace they were ever there. English is not their first language, so be patient, it's worth it!

Good quality, exceptional, professional service with competitive pricing. I called for a quote, They went out looked at my house and had a quote in my email the very next day. A couple weeks later they were at the house and completed the job. No hassle, and super easy to deal with. Will use them again on my next house.
