Morrison Homes

Do not build with Morrison Homes. I have been in my newly built Morrison home for under a year. Due to errors and quality of work. I have had flooding on the side of my home , a sewage leak on my main floor (still not 100% fixed) and recently noticed they forgot to run and install heat to my bonus room (this passed inspection) yes…it was in the plans. This issue is some what being ignored. I have only picked a few issues to write about, there are more! Do the homework before choosing a builder. I would not use Morrison Homes again in the future.

We just wanted to rave about Sarah Dredge with Morrison Homes! She helped us build our very first home and was an absolute delight to work with. She made the whole process so easy for us with her knowledge and kindness! We would definitely build with Morrison Home again!

They walkway from issues referring you to Alberta New Home Warranty which is a pain to submit . Issues with ventilation that doesn’t work , heating issues in basement where you need to warm the upstairs to 28 degrees Celsius to get Maundy 18 degrees in the basement. Finishing issues. Just horrible service. Can’t believe they are builder of the year as we had many complaint in our community in Rockland. That commission who decides the outcome must be paid to let them get this tittle. Can’t give no star but even 1 star is to much

I bought a resale outside of Calgary that was built in 2018. I can say with confidence that this is probably some of the worst workmanship and cheap construction I have ever encountered. Everything from badly cut and aligned doors, cheap windows that are not properly insulated from the brutal winter temperatures, cabinet shelves that collapse due to cheap material and workmanship, badly constructed concrete porch steps which are flaking and withering, walls that are so thin there is no privacy as I can hear conversations going on in the upstairs bedrooms from the main floor kitchen, the water sounds like niagara falls going through the pipes in the walls when laundry machines, toilets, or showers are running...and the list goes on. These items I mentioned are the original construction by the homebuilder.I will never buy a Morrison home again. Lesson learned.

Morrison Homes was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of getting our new home. Every single person we interacted with (shout outs to Sarah Dredge, Lindsey Taylor, and Harley Marx, plus the whole Wolf Willow team) were all very professional, extremely helpful and made the process of getting a home so easy and enjoyable. We very rarely felt stressed and even when we had concerns or questions they were answered/resolved in a quick and helpful manner. This was our first experience in home buying and it could have not gone smoother.The quality of our home is great as well. We LOVE our home. Everything turned out the way we hoped. The few imperfections were addressed in a timely manner or communicated that they will be. The attention to detail shown by the team is really encouraging and we know we are in good hands.We highly recommend checking out Morrison Homes and building your home through them.Thank you Morrison Homes for helping us get our first home!

Very poor customer service from front staff to management.Trevor (and his crew) from Rockland Park needs to update himself on current communication and business ethics.Happy not to deal with them past viewing.

Morrison Homes have definitely a capable team with a great attitude and client-oriented mindset. The sale agent, interior designers, and warranty technician working on my new home were outstanding. I am very happy with selecting Morrison Homes as a builder.

Sarah dredge is amazing… best service and upmost professional and down to earth manner. She genuinely seems to care and as someone in the sales industry that is the kind of service that makes me want to do business with them. Morrison is one of the best out there not just because their houses are well built the staff that works there is what makes the experience so easy. Thank you Morrison homes and thank you mostly Sarah!
