Amazing suits and exceptional service. The staff at Eph Apparel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. Overall good. Improvement point would be that we had to return for a 3rd fitting. Same alternation needed to needed to be made twice.Otherwise service was great. Salesmen were easy to deal with and not pushy.

Amazing Customer Service! Owen was extremely helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. As it was my first time purchasing a suit, he helped me learn all the basics to custom suiting and made sure I knew what I wanted while also giving recommendations based on my style ideas and trends. I had fun choose funky colours and liners and there were a variety of options. I'm excited to see my suit when it comes in and I will be going back for sure!

I've been planning on ordering a custom suit for quite some time -and Eph Apparel was my first choice.I got pricing comparisons from off the rack" places- the amount of adjustments required just didn't make sense.I was surprised to see how affordable getting a suit from Eph can be!Instead I get something closer to what I want; I spent about 90 min with the fantastic Owen who was friendly

The original fitting with Brandon was way better than I expected. He was patient and offered great advice on style and options. The fittings/alterations with the suit where seamless. Loved my experience and will recommend to anyone and everyone to see you for all dress wear needs

I detest shopping for clothing and wanted to try something different with Eph Apparel. After stepping into the store I was immediately greeted by Brandon. He was with multiple customers and added me to the mix quickly. The choice, selection and customer service that I experienced with Brandon was exceptional to say the least. Absolutely amazing experience. My son went in with a vision, and specific color in mind. Brandon was amazing. A professional organization with a very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. I purchased a tailored, two-piece suit on the 1st of May and was ready to be picked up June 12th, which fit perfectly. Overall a great experience with this business.
