ROYAL ANCESTRAL
Very bad customer service. After the delivery of our ordered sanded and painted wood, we had questions about quantity and quality about the delivery. On the phone (if you ever get a hold of that person in charge, Francis, who sometimes took three days and several messages and voicemails to call us back), he said, quote:”I don’t have time for this.” Very rude person. Bad customer service.His boss would eventually come and talk to my husband about our questions.Would not recommend overall.
