Discovered our well pump died first thing this morning and by 1:00 PM with a lot of interesting problem solving, it was done! They went through everything methodically to eliminate the inexpensive fixes before moving on to what it ended up being- (trust me, not everyone does)They did not even trample the hostas, which surrounded the well!

Never called me back to purchase gravel

We had our well drilled 22 years ago by Gosselin’s. It’s been perfect till about a week ago when the underground curb stop valve seized up. Gave them a call and they were there in about an our to change it out! Their two friendly, knowledgeable, skilled techs made short work of it in 22 degree weather. Would recommend GWW any day! I called Gosselin on Monday morning and my well was fixed before noon. We had thought it was the pump motor which would have cost $1200 to replace but when they visited my house (I was not there - a neighbor let them in), they discovered that it was simply an iron build up in one of the lines. They cleaned it and all good! These guys saved me money, made the experience painless and were super friendly to deal with. Thank you Gosselin.
