What a relaxing and friendly place! It was a great retreat to me after a long day of work, and the staffs were super caring and professional. I bought my 10 sessions package today because I wanted to pamper myself and it was a great deal that I didn't want to miss.

I had shoulder and neck pain for past several days. Coming to Seneca, helpedMe eliminate the pain completely. Very clean location, hospitality was GREAT! Massage was deep and thorough. I recommend for deep tissue massage! Seneca is the best in town!

I would not recommend going to this place, especially if you’re looking to have the services covered by your insurance company. I had to fill out a form to file a claim, only to be advised three days after that they can reimburse me for the services. This means that this company is obviously not reporting their earnings to CRA. Something is being done under the table.

I recently visited this place twice in the month of December and was advised after my first visit, that she is unable to provide a receipt so I can complete my RMT claim at work, the second visit, she informed me it will take a couple of days before I receive it. I’ve never heard of this in my entire life and it’s obvious that this company is not reputable and is possibly not following the government and legal procedures. I am quite unhappy and I think I need to be refunded for both visits.
