Young guy didnt want to help after we weren't spending lots of money on skate board..the other guy stopped in and did a good job helping my 11yr old

Loved visiting this store. Super down to earth staff and very friendly. One of them was sort of lounging on the counter and I jokingly reached out to tickle them. It started one of the best conversations I've had in a looooong time. Assistant manager was incredibly helpful and ensured my husband and I found everything our son would love. Thanks for a great experience!!

Worst customer service ever. Went in looking to buy a gift for my nephew and the staff were too busy playing on their phones and yapping to each other to sell things (multiple customers in the store, all ignored by staff). Wouldn't even move out of the way so I could look at shirts. Took my business to West 49

Very expensive skater-boy" type store. Very interesting designs and prints on all their clothing items. I couldn't find a plain hoodie though and was disappointed by the state of disrepair the floor of the shop was in

If you want to listen to racial slurs and profanity in the music while you shop, while staff lays on the counters, reads magazines and ride skateboards then this place is for you. I'd leave 0 stars if possible. This behavior in any other business would not be tolerated. Absolutely disgusting.
