It’s hard to believe this is Starbucks.The lady with the long white hair, I believe her name tag said “Jayne” is arrogant and dismissive with her customers. I only come in here a few times a year and she always manages to be engaged in some casual conversation with her staff…. that also are always nuzzled up against her, listening to her every whim…. I get the sense to work here, you have to put up with her babble.I, the only customer in the shop, stood in front of her for a solid 30 seconds (though it seemed like an eternity) while she made certain to properly wrap up her non-business related conversation with her staff.Everyone else here seems just fine but she is a problem and Starbucks should know.

Wonderful customer service, especially from the barista Simi, she’s always greeting guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude. This is one of the most welcoming and friendly Starbucks’ I’ve ever been to.

I found the worst Startbucks branch in the world without looking for it. After being in many stores in different countries and considering a loyal Startbucks customer, I visited this store (#04833) for the first time last Friday evening. Disgusting experience. There was plenty, plenty of flies in the glass display (see pic). I asked the lady if it's ever cleaned and she told me they don't sell that food as it's just for exhibition. I felt like throwing up so I went to the bathroom. It was dirty, one bulb was not working (see pic) and there was no paper (see pic), so I couldn't throw up. I had ordered a coffee before finding the flies so I had to wait for my coffee. When standing next to the bar I got a splash of hot water in my face. The barista didn't care. I asked to be careful, and she told me nothing we can do". The machine is uncovered due to lack of space so it happens all the time and nothing we can do.I hope this posting reach to the manager

I was so impressed with your amazing team today. I was in this morning and they were running short staffed, one girl (presuming team leader) was so upbeat and encouraging to all the staff keepimg things upbeat. She even took time to interact so warmly with customers. Kudos to this amazing team for the work you're doing!

Super slow service. Long wait at the drive thru. I waited for 40 mins today ,, completely unacceptable. They always take so long and everyone working there sounds miserable. Other locations are much better then this. This location really needs some work

Pineapple passion fruit refresher drink. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Misled to think I would get chunks of fruit. Tastes like chemicals. Gross.

The older woman that works here ( manager?) Should consider a different line of work. Been here numerous times and she is always sour faced and miserable. She was reprimanding employees in front of customers which is very unprofessional. She never smiles when taking orders and she pulls me into her bubble of misery. I would recommend a job at the Milton penitentiary as her demeanor would be more suited to this line of work.

This is the dirtiest, nastiest, worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The floor is nasty, all the garbages are full. Bathroom with tissue all over. Tables uncleaned with garbage all over, chatting Baristas literally doing nothing about it. Jesus Christ, show this to Howard Schultz I bet he'll have a heart attack. Never coming here again! Dante is the rudest barista I have ever dealt with. A few months ago I was in the store with my sister and as I was ordering with Dante they completely stopped listening and proceeded to have a conversation with their co worker, about a minute and a half later once the conversation had come to an end, they asked me to repeat my order because they hadn't caught it the first time (surprisingly). Another unpleasant experience happened recently in the drive thru. I arrived at the window and had my phone ready to scan for stars as well as my debit card to pay. Before I could finish my sentence of wanting to scan and pay debit the machine was being shoved in my face. When I asked if I could scan for stars first, a giant huff of frustration was exhaled and slamming the debit machine down onto the counter. I don't believe that these action meet with Starbucks morals and hope that there will be a change in attitude or employment. I have had many other pleasant experiences in this location but whenever I walk in and see Dante working I can expect to be treated like I am beneath them.
