When someone asks for a one way u haul and even calls a couple of days in advance to make sure you have a one way uhaul. Make that happen when I came in to get my truck I was told it had to be back 9 am next morning I said I booked a one way why do I need to return it? The person laughed and said in the system it says it will be returned shrugged it off and said mistakes like that happen all the time. I had to re arrange a bunch of stuff to get the truck back in time to not be charged another day. I will never rent a uhaul again I will bring my business elsewhere and all my friends and family will do.the same. This was a horrible experience and customer service was a joke don't rent at Mavis dundas in Mississauga they are incompetent

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I made a reservation for 8:00 am and he went in and changed it to his opening hours of 9:00 am. I had rented the van until 3:00 pm and couldn’t extend it, as someone had rented it at 3:30. The owner was so rude and didn’t care. U-haul did nothing

I am very unhappy with my experience, when I received the truck it was very low on gas and there was no check in on a website/app to report it, the truck had a knocking sound from the engine, above 70 kmph the truck shook and got worse on the highway and most of all I wasn't given the truck for a full 12 hours as previous experiences.Also, I even called the uhaul to confirm that it was for 12 hrs (till 9pm) when I realized that the time written was incorrect to correct it, I called customer service but they told me that It would be extra to make it the full 12 hrs.Even after all that they charged me an extra $227 which messed up my account for other bills.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. Especially disappointed with the so-called manager Milan. There are many reasons you should not use this location but I won’t go too in to dept here. My main concern here is that my car got hit with a U-Haul truck and they do not want to take responsibility. Therefore, every person who comes to this location should inspect their own personal vehicle for damages prior to leaving the U-Haul store. I contacted U-Haul headquarters and they are going to deal with the issue directly with the store. I encourage everyone to stand up for themselves. When talking to Milan, he will lead you on a train of lies for no good reason.

Not surprised as per the average low rating for this location. As from personal experience went in to book but the agent at the desk was so busy in her phone that she seemed irritated when we were asking some questions about the booking. I though booked the reservation but then canceled it later as I dint want to risk what might happen considering if this is what we experienced just at the start.Unlike other U haul stores which we have been to they had the courtesy to mention the process so we were clear. I am not expecting something great here just wanted to book for a minor shifting. Not sure how the other agents at the store are but this one was far gone to be even working.

Please check your receipts well guys. They put wrong kms willingly to charge to extra. They charged me $34 extra and when I confronted them they said oh it’s a mistake. Lol

very ghetto service, gave us a smaller truck than what we booked for our move bc they didnt have our size day of. their trucks all have engine light warnings, need an oil change (and dont drive well bc of it), when we asked him for a diff truck and to give this 1 to someone else (bc of the engine light) he said its not safe for me to give to someone else" he admitted its not safe to drive but forced us to take it. he also charged my card $240

Best U-Haul location, used truck share and had no problems. Will be using them again in the future. Thank you for making my life easier!

Worst customer service I have experienced with UHaul. The attendant was on the phone with her mother and complaining about other clients to staff members, as customers are standing there trying to pick up / return their rentals. Another gentleman stepped in to tell her to not be so rude to the customers waiting patiently. One of the most unprofessional and awkward altercations I have had in a while.

Do not book with this location. They are extremely disorganized and do not deserve your business. I reserved a 5 by 8 to move into residence. I booked the vehicle and it was confirmed way in advance to ensure everything went smoothly. The day of pick up, I drove 45 minutes to go pick it up and they didn’t have the vehicle. They offered an open vehicle, which is unhelpful as I had planned and packed everything thinking I would be using the vehicle I booked. I cannot have my stuff on an open vehicle. This is pathetic. Very unreliable and will never use or recommend this company nor this location again.
