Concord Homes

Current site and state of a Concord developed site in my Amherstview community is a gross mess.

Having worked with several different contractors in Kingston, our experience with Martin and his group was by far superior to anyone else we have worked with. We built a custom waterfront home with many unique features and challenges, and the entire project was professionally and diligently completed. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, Martin and his support staff would respond immediately with answers and solutions. Any unexpected issues or challenges were dealt with competently, with our input and in a cost conscious manner. One of the most important qualities we appreciated was the dependability and honesty of the Concord team. Martin was always reachable, there were never any hidden fees or unexpected invoices, and the costing was always very clear, transparent and fair. The quality of the work is at a very high standard and must be to the client’s satisfaction. Concord Homes just finished a major renovation of the interior of our home. We couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of our experience, from project design and assistance with the many decisions we had to make to demolition and construction to interacting with office staff for administrative matters. Every member of the Concord team, and all of their sub trades, were reliable, responsive, friendly, professional, and highly competent. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The job was completed in accordance with project timelines and on-budget, and communication was very good. They immediately addressed the very few minor issues that arose by telling us they would make it right, no matter what. Evidently, their customer service was exceptional, from start to finish. Concord renovated our home to be even more beautiful than our vision and we consider ourselves so fortunate that they were able to take on our project very shortly after we first made contact.
