He cut me off two times without showing any signal. Please advise the drivers to use the signals for communication in order to avoid fatal crash. Safety must be top priority.

Worst company I've ever had a delivery from.Lost one of our appliances had to stay home 2 Saturday's in a row and then would not haul away our old appliances which we had paid for through home depot so we had to contact them to make new arrangements for pick up.Lost another day waiting.Would have given no stars if I could've

I don't know if Home Depot using this company is new, but it certainly made the experience a whole lot better. Last time I ordered from Home Depot for a small freezer, I ended up with a delivery 4 hours late, a dented freezer, and gouged hardwood. This time around I was worried since it is a fridge (bigger and heavier). It was amazing. Not a scratch anywhere, quick and easy, pleasant guys, and the tracking showed you exactly where the truck was, what your delivery number was, and which stop they were currently at, with a warning 10 min before they arrive. So much better than the guess when they will show up in an 8h window" game."

I had an appliance delivery scheduled from home depot for mid march. The delivery never showed up and when i called home depot they said canada cartage had the order. I called canada cartage and they said they did not have the order, despite home depot saying they did. After weeks of back and forth I finally received a delivery date of May 9th (today). The appliance delivery is for my cottage, so an hour away from home. I watched the driver back into my driveway and then immediately leave. He never attempted to come to the door. I called Canada cartage and they said they would call dispatch and get back to me in 30 minutes. 90 minutes went by and I didnt hear back. I called again myself and was told that the order was cancelled by the driver. Why did he pull into my driveway and then leave? Apparently the order wasn't on the truck. I don't understand why I got a text message saying my delivery was on the way if the order wasn't on the truck. Canada Cartage is blaming home depot, and home depot is claiming it is Canada Cartage. Either way, its been 2 months since my initial delivery date and I still don't have an appliance and have wasted my time and money going back and forth to the cottage waiting for this delivery.

Where does one start. Lesson learnt, do not schedule a delivery on a Friday before a long weekend.Purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and scheduled delivery for today. When the crew arrives they look at the stairs wave a tape measure around and pronounce that a 33 in refrigerator will not fit up the stairs. I inform them that 33 in refrigerators have been take up the exact same stairs in the same model house up and down the street. The crew boss remains firm it would not fit. He told us to order a 30 in refrigerator or remove the railing but regardless we will have to reschedule. I tell them I will remove the railing but they say I need to call to reschedule.40 mins later I have the railing off. I had the number from the actual moving crew so I called them direct and spoke to them and told them the railing was out. The mover then confirmed my address and location, stated they were on their last delivery and would call me back; time 1:27. At 1:37 Canada Cartage calls to talk to me stating that they were unable to deliver because it wouldn’t fit. I explained to the dispatcher the whole saga and asked that the crew come back and deliver today. I then get a laundry list of scripted excuses about truck loading, routes and insufficient time. I cut him off and told him that I had spoken to the crew on their own phone and at 1:27 pm they were on their last delivery and there was no logical reason they could not return and make the delivery. There was silence when now the dispatch has to go off script. He has no idea how to make this change. Frustrated with the inability to affect a change and the reluctance of the crew to work a full day on Friday before a long weekend I had to accept a reschedule for next Wednesday.The refrigerator was delivered Wednesday morning by a two person crew and carried up the stairs. 40 mins later I reinstalled the stair railing and the house returns to its routine. Of note this crew from Canada Cartage was woefully under equipped. A dolly that couldn’t support the weight of the refrigerator (axle bent) arm straps that will see both these movers disabled in a few short years and they didn’t even have a knife to cut away the box and packing so they tore it off like hungry piranha. Given an option I will avoid Canada Cartage whenever possible and I recommend readers do the same.

Not sure how this company still operates. They were to deliver and install a washer and dryer yesterday and haul away the old ones (which we had paid to have done). They were not keen to take the old ones away and said somebody would be around the following day to install the news ones- which it turns out was not true. I called their number and the phone rang for 20 minutes with no answer.

We ordered over 3500.00 of appliances from Home Depot. Workers refused to remove boots and made a massive mess that took an hour to clean. They also caused significant damage to property. When I filed a claim they denied it, because my husband “signed a waiver”. My husband is legally blind and was told only that he was signing for delivery. So basically this company has no regard for property and takes advantage of the disabled.

We are absolutely appalled by delivery service we received from Canada Cartage after buying a new fridge from Home Depot.Their team showed no regard for our belongings. This team tossed all of our shoes down the stairs in a huge mess while clearing space. They removed our front door and did not bother to properly re-install it when they left.We were expecting a phone call from them to arrange a time for the delivery and installation of our fridge. They did not call ahead to schedule a time and we were lucky to be home at the time.We also were not told in advance that they would not pick up our old fridge unless it was first disconnected from the water line. This takes less than two minutes to do, and it makes little sense to me why a professional installer can’t do this themselves. When I asked the delivery team to wait a minute so that we could disconnect it ourselves, they refused, and advised us to call Home Depot again to schedule another appointment, and left. They left us with 2 unusable fridges in our small kitchen - our old fridge which they refused to take with them, and the new fridge which they did not install and plopped in the middle of our kitchen. Furthermore, we discovered that they had damaged some of the tubing at the back of our new fridge during the delivery.This delivery team has completely wasted our time. We now have to wait another week for them to bring us a new fridge to replace the one they damaged and collect our old fridge.

Called ahead (being proactive, days before delivery) asking if they could contact me an hour before delivery so I could be there on time to accept delivery. They wrote a note" on the file saying that someone would call me an hour before hand. Received a text 10 minutes before delivery followed by a phonecall by the delivery person saying they were at my location ready to deliver. When asked why they didn't give an hour's notice: "I never got the information". I called Canada Cartage back and asked why I didn't get the notice and they didn't have a proper answer for me just that "we'll write another note on the file". I then rescheduled for 8 days later when I have an actual day off.Not everyone can take a day off just to wait for a delivery

After several bad experiences through Costco's delivery company I decided to cancel my appliance order and buy through Home Depot. They ship with Canada Cartage and what a night and day difference. Ted and Marcus delivered our fridge and these guys were real pros. The delivery was very fast and easy. They were extremely careful and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!!
