Church's Chicken
The stuff are so mean. Seems like they do not want to provide enough food and high quality service to clients. Every time i order three pieces of chicken thigh combo, they don’t give that dessert to me. Sometimes they only give me two pieces of thigh. I am a big guy, i need to eat a lot. Pls change those staff

I love church's chicken, its my go to spot, except that I have to wait for the tenders always.For some reason they are never ready but I like them they are delicious its worth the wait.There are bathrooms on the site just incase one wants to use them.Santizers are in place too to help reduce the spread of Covid19.Update: this place accepts in person dinning now at full capacity.

Very good when you get freshly made. I always order a breast and a thigh. Thigh was delicious, but the breast look cut in half. It will be two thighs from now on I guess. I used to work at a restaurant and I know first-hand how shorting the customer works because my boss used to do it

One star because I can’t give them less. $5 for a piece of chicken. $1 for a 1/2 jalapeño and the chicken had no meat on it, it was dry, old and overdone. And m All bone. Had to leave my dinner and go back to the store. Shameful what they charge and what they give you. I made a stink and they substituted the meat but the hassle isn’t worth it. Needless to say I won’t go back. SO TIRED OF MERCHANTS TAKING ADVANTAGE AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS. I’ve lost track of how many bad reviews I’ve given. WE ARE ALL STRUGGLING. This has got to stop. Needless to say, another restaurant I will not support. SO EFFING TIRED AND ANGRY. Of course the staff was friendly and apologetic but they should not be even choosing under par pieces that they have to charge $5 for. At the very least they should offer pieces with meat on them, rather than pick the boniest ones. Use those for soup!!!!To be somewhat fair, the chicken they gave after was fresh, juicy, decent sized. If I had got that to begin with maybe this would have been a better review. Why do we have to make a stink to get a decent meal? I had to wait 1/2 hour but at least it was edible.

Customer service is BEYOND BAD. I really thought this location would be much more convenient as it’s 2 mins drive from me but with how the staff are here, I will definitely not come back, I tried going here for about 4 times and BAD CUSTOMER service have been CONSISTENT. Incorrect order was taken, missing stuff when order was handed over to me. I’d rather drive 10 mins to Blundell location. STAFF IS INDIRE NEED OF TRAINING.

The staff, bless them, are troopers. It's hot at this location, even hotter in the kitchen where they are frying food. I've always received great service from the employees. The food is decent for fast food, and in my mind the fried chicken tastes way better than Popeyes or KFC.This location is in need of a bit of a refresh. I'm not sure if the AC was broken or just wasn't able to keep up with the heat, but it was warm. That same day the ice machine was also broken. It's also got a bit of a weird layout. When it's busy, you could be eating at a table and have line ups of people standing beside you waiting to order or receive their food, which isn't ideal.(Hint: Upgrade your fries to a poutine, you won't regret it!)

Terrible customer service. Cashier over charged and didn't want to give a refund after her mess up. Then forgot to give me a drink with my combo. Dropped the food infront of me and asked me to wait for 5 minutes. But was actually ten minutes. No apologies given. Very rude service. Will not be going back

The chicken wings were extremely disappointing. I’ve had the wings from the blundel location and they were very juicy. Here though they were very dry. The pieces of chicken were a bit dry too but passableWould not recommend this location

The place is currently setup to mitigate COVID spread, only two tables for dine-in, they have Plexiglas and specific line for ordering.I didn't know their large size fries were so massive, next time I'll need to order the regular size.What I didn't like that much is the gravy in the mashed potatoes, tastes too artificial in my opinion.The thing I liked were the Jalapeno bombers, tasty and hot.
