Glenn has been nothing short of amazing in helping us navigate and find our way through this crazy market. It took us 4 months, over 30 viewings and 7 offers until we finally got it done and Glenn has always been patient and helpful throughout our hunt. Being new to Alberta, Glenn made it easy to understand the process and I do not think we would have managed to get the house we ended up with if he had not guided us properly through the transaction due to how aggressive the market is. He always had our best interest at heart and voicing his concern over houses that were overpriced to make sure we didn't overpay for a house.
