Very pleased with the service provided by Reza. I needed 2 pairs of pants hemmed on a Saturday by the end of the day and the pants look great and Reza charged his regular price in spite of the rush. My wife has also used Reza’s services and was pleased with the result and reasonable price.Give Reza a chance, you will not be disappointed!

Got a waistcoat fitted, the work was done incredibly quickly and very well, and it was at a great price. Reza was very kind and fun to talk to, I highly recommend him.

I’ll start out by saying that I’ve come here before and have been happy with their work. However this time around I have been very displeased with their customer service. I dropped off two dresses a few weeks ago that I needed altered for the beginning of June. When I dropped them off, he had said they would be ready by May 27th. So at the end of the day on May 27th, I drive out to pick up my dresses, only to find out that they aren’t done. Then he suggests coming back in half an hour. I didn’t want to wait so I said I would come back sometime during the week. I arranged my work schedule specifically to pick it up on Monday, drive there, and my dress STILL isn’t done!! So I firmly told him I would pick it up by the end of the week and to please have it done. But by then that’s only a few days before I need the dresses for an event!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I understand they must be busy but if you’re not going to get something done by the time you promise a client that it’ll be done, COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!!Will update later on this week.

Reza was amazing. He was able to help me alter my shirt sleeve length, and dart the body, and suit jacket sleeve length in one day! Will be coming back for sure.

Had my pants hemmed. Came in at noon and took only 10 minutes to complete. Price was right. Not overly expensive for same day 10 minute wait. Pants look great! Reza was pleasant to deal with. I'll be back for sure. Thank you for the excellent service.

This place is a little gem in our community. Reza is really a very kind and honest person who goes out of his way “literally” to make sure his customers are looked after and happy.I needed a dress altered and was on a bit of a short timeline. The day I was to pick up ended up being for me, pretty chaotic and I was out in Richmond running behind on errands when Reza called my cell phone half hour before closing time asking if I was still coming in to pick up my dress. He knew I needed it the next day. There was no way I was going to get back into Tsawwassen in time so Reza offered to drop it off at my home for me. I hadn’t even paid for the alteration yet! I never would have asked him for such an immense favour, after all it was my fault, not his. But sure enough this kind fellow solved my dilemma without hesitation. I cannot find the words for how grateful I was. I was able to e-transfer the payment… problem solved! This is how a business creates “customers for life”, and Reza will always get my business going forward. Not only did he do the work on a tight schedule, it was done very well and he cared enough to call to me to make sure I wasn’t going to miss store closing that day before my trip very early the next morning. I bought a skirt for an event that I had and it came in the day before and it was too small… I was in a huge scramble because this skirt was part of an outfit I needed. The next morning i went in for an emergency altering praying that they would be able to fix it for me. He literally got it done the same day and I was able to pick it up a few hours before the event. Literal life saver. I was so incredibly happy with the service and he didn’t even charge me for a rushed order. Of course I gave him more than he’d asked for because I was so impressed. Thank you so much you guys saved me that day. I’ll forsure be coming back one day if needed
