I was out of town for 1 1/2 weeks. A major blizzard hit the day before I came back. I contacted Redline to see if I could get a one time, short notice driveway clearing. I'm in Barrie, but outside their main coverage area, and they were very busy continuing clean up for their regular customers. Steve listened to my situation, and, in spite of the difficulty of it, he arranged to take care of it later that day while I was still at work. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I can't say enough good things!

Steve always does a great job and has great communication.The updates he sends are very useful and informative.My driveway was always clear and clean and it was so nice not to worry about snow removal.This was our second winter with Steve, and definitely not the last!
