Glenn is an incredible Audiologist and I noticed a discernible difference between his service and clinic in comparison to another one in Lethbridge that I had been to previously. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and I felt like he truly wanted to help me in comparison to selling me something. Recommended!

I would highly recommend Audiology First! I have dealt with both Glen and Joe. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I really appreciate their ‘No pressure’ approach to purchasing hearing aids ~ they advised hearing aids that were appropriate for my needs and didn’t try to upsell me on fancy ones. Both Glen and Joe are very kind, considerate and patient when it comes to answering questions.

I went to this place for over 5 years. I had no problems wit them when I had my fonac hearing aids.They push oticon. I switched to oticon 1 1/2 years ago.Nothing but problems with them! Feedback, chirping!The technician tried to fix the numerous times! He could not fix them! Either th aides are that bad or the technician is.I'm done with them. They promise an lie right to your face!!

I felt too young to be getting a hearing test, but I’m glad I did. Age is just a number. Glenn is very knowledgeable on various types of hearing issues. He showed genuine concern and was patient throughout the process with repeat visits. I would recommend Glenn to anyone. You’re in good hands at this clinic. Thanks again!

Very good experience with Audiology First. Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Clinic is clean and comfortable. Tom walked me through the examination so I knew what to expect. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided a detailed report for my records. If anyone is looking to get their hearing tested, would definitely recommend Audiology First.

This review is for my Mom, Robin Riehl. I went to see Glenn in October 2017. I had a set of hearing aids that did not work properly. I made an appointment to go see him. Glenn was very patient and re-set my hearing aids from the beginning. He was very patient and listened to my needs and concerns. He completed extra tests and adjusted my hearing aids to fit and work properly for me.I appreciate and recommend him and his team for their excellent care. Thank you. Robin.
