Working with BrambleRidge Home design Group, was a great experience.Excellent attention to detail was delivered without delay, promptly and professionally. The workmanship of the 3-D model simulation was brilliantly executed from the blueprints with an accuracy that was impeccable. Any attention to details that we later fussed over was no problem for their team to handle. The ability for our clients to see an accurate representation of their future homes was extremely important to us. The 3-D models are our primary source for our clients to reference and visualize our end product. Les Hess did the drawings for the addition of a sun porch and decks to our cottage in McKellar, ON. This was not an easy task as we live out of town and had to communicate entirely through email and telephone calls. The distance was not an obstacle for him and he was able to go out to our cottage on his own, and create drawings that both captured our vision and exceeded our expectations. He submitted the drawings to the municipality on our behalf, and with a few minor tweaks, we received our building permits. He also continued to respond to questions that we (or our builder) had throughout the project. He's an excellent communicator and responds quickly to emails or telephone calls (communication is very important to us). We highly recommend him without reservation.

We have used BrambleRidge and Les Hess for two projects in the last year and are now working on a new one a little more complicated. Les has been absolutely amazing and easy to work with and is a great communicator. We couldn’t be happier with the service.

We hired Less in June of 2021 to design a 3 season porch on the deck of our cottage. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and came up with this fantastic design. We reviewed his plans, any changes needed were done. He got all necessary engineering stamps and submitted the building permit. It was all very smooth for us, and done remotely from our home in Toronto, and his cost was very fair. Construction occurred in 2022, and we are so pleased with the design. I would hire again without hesitation.
