Bought a side by side paid a lot of money for. The service wasn't that great couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Took the machine out 4 times and we do not ride rough the front tire was faulty at least 4 bulges in it. They wouldn't even look at the tire or try to help replace it. Will never buy from them again.

Very poor customer service. They took a deposit for a sxs from me then once they found out that I was not going to finance through them made up a story that they didn't actually have it for sale. The sales guy said he would call me back when they had it sorted out, but never did. The machine is still up for sale on their web site 2 weeks later.The owner called me after leaving this review and assured me this is not what actually happened. They pulled the ad for the machine as it did in fact have a lean on it and were not able to sell it till that is taken care of, but didn’t do this till reading my review. It sounds like there was a miscommunication between their staff and unfortunately left a sour taste with me as a customer.

The customer service was excellent. Cam (manager) and Cam in parts and service went over and above on getting Avalanche Canada setup for field work this season. We appreciate their attention to detail on getting us the proper accessories for our new 850!

Great store with amazing customer service. Been dealing with them for many years and will continue for many years to come. Service has always been top notch. Parts are always easy to get and she's very helpful. The manager has been amazing and gone above and beyond. It's a great atmosphere in there and I always feel extremely welcomed. I love skidoos but having an amazing dealer sure makes all the difference.

Not a bad shop to buy purchase a Seadoo! Everyone is great except the service department.I have been expecting a call back from James regarding a refund for work covered under warranty for over 2 month now. He initially said that BRP responded saying work was not covered but when I asked for a copy of the warranty claim he said would email it to me. Did not receive an email and after multiple phone calls I went in to ask for a printed copy. He said since the claim was denied he isn't able to provide a print out and it's deleted from the system. Story didn't add up...He ended up submitting another claim and provided a print out but no update since I last went into the store :(Was only ~$150 we are talking about here so not a big deal but the lack of communication from James was very upsetting. Not the first empty promise I got from him.
