Kristel is passionate and amazing at her craft! She is also a joy to work with for she is trustworthy, honest, customer service oriented, communicative, meticulous, patient, hygienic, perfectionist and many many more that I can keep going! My experience with her was nothing short of amazing at every point of my journey....pre, during, and post session. It is clear she always has the best interest of her clients and takes great pride in her client's happiness. She is fulfilled when her clients are 110% satisfied. As a first time client, I was very nervous hence I kept changing my appointment dates. She was very accommodating and understanding. However, I instantaneously calmed down and trusted Kristel after conversing with her more via text and then meeting her in person. I felt I have known her all these years! Her studio is quaint, clean, and safe. Her hands are light as feather and steady as she worked on my eyebrows. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRISTEL to everyone. Thanks, Kristel!
