The super friendly and helpful staff had the parts and advice that I needed to complete my project.I was disappointed by the nearby Canadian Tire stores (plural) and was very happy to find what I needed at the local place.I will try them first next time!.

I bought a pre assembled Pit Boss pellet grill from them at the end of last season. It was supposed to include a temperature probe wire. It did not. So I went back and asked them for it. They said no problem. They would locate it and contact me. Months passed and no call. So I went back again. They said that they were still looking for it and would call me soon. Again months passed. I went in once again and they said they would have to order one and it should be a couple weeks. That was 5 months ago. I guess a $15 part is worth getting a one star review for them, so here it is. What a shame. Update, I ordered one on Amazon and got it 2 days later.
