Don't have new stuff and a mall cop is aggressive getting mad cuz someone turned music to loud was texting stereo out

After being on the phone with virgin reps we were told to go I store where The manager Rosalyn I believe stayed with us and on the phone with them for a good 4 hours. Awesome work and she’s got us what we were trying to get. Couldn’t of asked for a more helpful person to come across for something that we’ve been dealing with for DAYS!!!

I went to the source in Dawson creek. Ms. Aakanksha provide me a wonderful support by explaining everything so good.

Manager was super nice and kind enough to hold my OLED Zelda switch for me even though my preorder didn’t go through! Super nice, and very reasonable with helping me out to get something I really wanted! So thank you for that manager!

The behavior of the manger Rose in this store is unbelievable and unacceptable oh also unbelievably unprofessional. I've watched this woman almost scream at an older lady over her being confused and asking questions which is outrageous because there is no reason to ever really need to raise your voice with a customer unless they've become aggressive first. I've spent probably spent a few thousand at this store on a laptop, switch light insta carma a whole bunch and EVERY single time I go into this store the manger Rose shoots me a dirty look and I've never even really spoken to her. It's just unbelievably unprofessional and i don't understand how anyone thought it would be a great idea to make the awful old mangers wife the next manager, because she has CLEARLY taken his footsteps. Not to mention i cant belive they allow him in the store after some of the things I've heard.

I bought an online gift card at this store today and was never told before purchasing that there were no refunds. When I went to scratch the card to see the numbers needed to redeem it the numbers came off just as easily as the substance that is supposed to be stretchable. I phoned the store to see if there was any recourse, the manager was un apologetic and told me that I must have scratched it wrong" when I said that wasn't the case she hung up on me... I understand that they didn't make the card but They could have at least given me a number to call or something like that. I found all this very unpleasant and unprofessional and wont be shopping there in the future."

Everything is consistently cheaper at other stores. Great if you need something now and don't care about the price or quality. Would be nice if they brought back the parts aisles from the RadioShack days.

Bo was amazing with helping my husband and I choose the right phone plan for us. He made sure we were clear with any questions we had and walked us through the whole process. Excellent customer service! We will definitely be returning!

Bought a new gaming laptop for a lower introductory price, was very fair and glad they had stock of multiple models so I could be picky. The store clerks were helpful and polite
