I usually don't write reviews, but the associates who pierced my ears went above and beyond!! They were kind, patient and precise.I expressed my dislike of needles and they offered to have both associates pierce my ears at the same time, rather than piercing one ear at a time. And thank goodness they did. I had a very difficult time composing myself after the piercing was done, I felt faint and lost all colour from my face. The associates looked after me and made sure that I didn't leave until I was feeling 100%.Plus, the piercings turned out great!! I didn't catch either of the associates names, but I truly appreciate their kindness!!

I got my eyebrows/forehead waxed here. On the bright side my eyebrows look okay, they'll grow back at least. On the other side, they **burned my face**, which may scar... It's only been 3 days, so it might heal okay. Also, the chairs were uncomfortable because I had to sit up right as they push and pulled on my face, which strained my neck. Most places have a chair you can lean back on or lay down. They got stringy wax on my face mask and in my hair and didn't clean it up. They also didn't give me a small mirror to look at the results close up before I left. To be fair, I didn't ask because I just wanted to leave. The last few things are just me being picky. It would have been fine if they hadn't burned my face. I've had my eyebrows waxed at various places for over 10 years and this was the first time I've been burned. I don't have sensitive skin. Overall, it was not a good experience for me.

Came here to try to get my eyebrows done at 1030 am, was told the person working had an appointment and was only available at 1120, as she was just chatting with someone in the store. I said no thank you, 5min later she locks the door to go wander the mall with said person she was chatting too.

I got my ears pierced here and I was scared at the start. They workers are so nice and friendly. They did a great job and I don’t regret it one bit. I would definitely recommend this place over clair’s for multiple reasons!

Worst experience of my life. The girl who did my eye brows waxed them too short then said it was my fault because they were already uneven. WHEN THEY WERE NOT UNEVEN IN THE FIRST PLACE! she was also really rude and had the worst attitude. i have naturally thick eyebrows and i just wanted the bottom of my eye brows done and she made it paper thin. I am extremely upset and i will be spreading negative reviews everywhere i go.Please train your employees how to properly wax eyebrows and when they make a mistake to not blame it on the customer.Thank you for your time

I booked my wedding makeup at this place. I was double booked at both hamilton and Burlington. There was a bit of confusion. I ended up going to Burlington location on morning of wedding with my daughter for face makeup for both myself and my daughter. My daughter was taken first and they spent next hour doing her makeup. Picking tones and Color’s I sat and watched then a rude lady after an hour came and literally slapped makeup on me. Roughly not allowing me to chose any colours. Saying this is what all brides want. She did not once make me feel special or anything. Maybe mad over appointment booking. I don’t know She was rude ….my daughters makeup was ok took about 2 hours. but I looked like a raccoon!! I got married in august and have been meaning to write review but life takes over !!! Don’t want other brides who are nervous and emotional to have same experience. They are money hungry rude and unprofessional. Do not pay high prices for this service I spent over 2 hours on morning of my wedding unnecessarily I was a raccoon in 20 minutes !!!! I am not that good at makeup but think I could have done it myself better. Warning. Do not use this salon.

My dad took me to get my ears pierced here last year. The person who pierced my ears was a regular employee (probably no training), didn’t get verbal instructions on how to care for the piercings; even though the government made it a law. The piercing was done with a gun on both sides, I took care of them the best I could, they still ended up infected and still are. They left a wired hole thing that’s like a ring? It doesn’t look right; especially when I push on the back to clean it. I don’t blame the women it was her job. But before you get a piercing rethink coming here. Go to a tattoo shop and get it trained by somebody who’s trained and passionate about their job.

Only place i go to and Zam who is amazing has been doing my eyebrows for years and always keeps them thick and perfectly shaped!!!!

I tried for 3 days to get an appointment and left 2 messages no call back! I am now going somewhere else even thought I bought their silly beauty card. Not worth poor customer service.

I brought my 4 year old in to get her ears pierced and Antonella took care of us explaining everything. My daughter is very shy and was of course nervous and Antonella was so gentle, kind and sweet to her. She told her everything she was doing before she did it making her feel comfortable. She was able to have another employee help with the piercing so that both ears could be done at the same time, which was perfect as I was worried once my daughter felt one ear she wouldn't want to do the other. I wish I had the name of the other employee as she was fantastic as well. Thank you Antonella, Mila loves her new pink earrings, I hope this review gets shared with you!!
