Absolutely ridiculous customer service, and some of the most unprofessional business practice we have ever seen. They do not return e-mails, or calls for days sometimes a week! Within days of us starting the relationship we had made many purchases on equipment and then once we put in a big order after spending so much time to finalize it they said they can not fulfill the order without an account with them. Even though we offered to pay upfront for the entire order! Never heard of this anywhere. Regardless they came back 6 weeks later to stay they could not get us approved for an account even though we have 3 in good standing with other supplies. They also charged us $380 per Nest Thermostat (we bought 8) even though we are Nest Pro certified. That is more expensive than even retail, when we noticed it on the invoice they said they will reimburse the difference with our next order. And could not explain why we were overcharged. The next order did not happen and we are glad we cut our losses. Heavily understaffed and the manager never seemed to be there. We hope head office looks into this location as it seemed like it was in shambles.

Had the bushings I needed as I looked around and no other supplier had them. Were quick and professional. Good selection of stock.

This place need to be reorganized, especially some workers don’t respect people and they help really slowly and one of them aren’t supposed to be working there. He should stay at their house instead of working , they don’t even know how to smile

Well they are kinda par for the course as far as wholesalers go, but I'm going to try to start some accountability anyways.You are going to push everyone away to the giants like home depot, if you keep pulling price gouging stunts like $187 for two 1110 boxes + covers.

The only thing good about electrical wholesalers is their ability to provide technical solutions on demand at counter. These guys seems to pass over passing the buck, and its not cheap.

For registered electricians only. Good location. Lot of goods on stock. Moderate prices.

inept. poor communication. poor service. my order sat in their warehouse for weeks while they assured me it hadn't arrived. unreal.use gescan or horstmann. these guys are unprofessional.
