Nicholas was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Diamond Railings was not only the least expensive by 50%, but they had so many more design options to choose from.The railings look great and are very sturdy. The main reason for getting them was to assist disabled family and they feel safe and secure using them.All in all, I would go out of my way to recomend Diamond Railings. Nothing but a great experience.

Diamond Railing/Nicholas contacted me quickly through HomeStars after requesting the work. He was was very good at communicating with me through HomeStar & email. Made visits to measure and show samples of railing designs, and options. Understandably the materials were difficult to procure due to the pandemic, but I was kept informed with the order's status. Installation was quick and the design/finish was perfect.

We needed a railing for our front porch reno ... We found Diamond Railing on the internet and emailed them for a quote. They responded within a few hours, provided a detailed quote, and a quick turnaround timeline .. all of which is so rare in post Covid! I reached out to Diamond railing to get a quote for an aluminum dividing fence.Nick and team were fantastic-- great communication right from the start and came to take a look at our project right away. We were a bit concerned that we would need to tear up a lot of new interlock stone that was just put down in order to install the fence properly, but Nick was able to make it work with no damage and minimal disruption to the existing stones.
