Axcess Box is THE BEST cargo container company out there!!! Guaranteed! I did my research and I couldn't be happier that I chose AXCESS BOX for a LOT of reasons:1. They are THE MOST FLEXIBLE to meet my needs. Flexible in timing, flexible in renting, renting to own or buying (used or new) ... I couldn't decide but I didn't have to....because they gave me all the time I needed whilst meeting my immediate needs on my schedule.2. Their prices are below the competition.3. They know what they're doing! These are big and heavy with my delicate stuff in their hands. It was all delivered as if it were as light as a feather and positioned perfectly in my driveway! See picture below... very snug to the edge of my rock wall, leaving room to park three cars still on the driveway.4. Friendly and professional. Gina coordinated everything with impeccable communication, reassurance and follow through.5. Drop off and pick up were EXACTLY on schedule and done with confidence, outstanding attention to safety and security.THANK YOU Gina, Brandon and Bob!!! You are my HEROs!!!

Used a storage container for our kitchen renovation and it has been perfect. Clean and reliable and excellent service from this company. Rates are reasonable and we would highly recommend to others. Have found the office staff to be responsive to our questions and very professional. We have received monthly invoices and emails for each month we were billed and have had zero issues with them. If you need a storage box for temporary or long term use, then this is the place to go.

This merchant incorrectly invoices clients. One would think the charge is correct even though the invoice says another price. Apparently, they don’t know how to add. Then they up charge a month later to your credit card-when disputed, it looks like they added the invoice incorrectly. The delivery of my box was botched, left on the side of a road, crooked making neighbours and city officials angry. Even though charging $1500 for delivery, they had a regular pickup truck to deliver it. Inappropriate equipment to deliver this leaving it on the side of the road. These merchants are nice to your face but have a scam where they invoice the container at $1,000 more than quoted. Then charge an extra $ 1,000 a month later. Awful experience.

Do not deal with this company. Filing a police report now. They had my bank account number. A girl by the name of Ashley called me and I couldn't hear her a few weeks ago. I was in Lytton BC which was on fire and the signal was sporadic. She mentioned there was confusion with regard to my account. They had failed to auto debit me. I was only home for a few days and came home to my container lifted and gone. The owners message - Brandon Loewen stated he could sell it for more. My family heirlooms are probably ruined. He won't answer his phone. Shotty. Mom was apparently knocking on my door. Desperate for a dollar. Taking advantage of first responders.

Had furniture, boxes and soft furnishings in a shipping container for over 2 years, and was expecting some deterioration, but everything was immaculate - no damage, smell, etc. The staff were absolutely lovely to communicate with, both via Email and in person. Definitely recommend

Great company to work with. Their rent-to-own option is fantastic! Containers are very reasonably priced. Using the containers on job sites with great success. I would definitely recommend them. The staff is also very nice, easy to work with and willing to accommodate; which is definitely a bonus. We liked the first box so much we got a second one delivered to another site! Delivery of both boxes went off without a hitch. The whole process was simple, easy and fast. Exactly what we needed.

I rented to own a storage container to keep contents of my house until renovations for new home were completed. I was extremely pleased with the service throughout the process.
