Mustafa was extremely patient and helpful finding me a new number and a plan. Also, I learnt that the store opens at 10 am (not at 11am as Google shows).

Horrible customer support and service. I called this location to ask 1 (just 1) question regarding my lost sim card. The employee who answered was impolite and impatient. He gave me the wrong information about my question as well. I was told it's impossible to get the same number as my lost sim card". Meanwhile I visited WIRELESSWAVE (another Chatr store at Lougheed mall) and they got me my old number without a problem. I recommend going there instead

Guy sitting there is rude and doesn't want to entertain clients. I asked for 15$ plan and he refused to give me and told chatr stopped that plan but other store do gave me same plan

I am getting monthly charges on my credit card for ervices I do not receive. Do not provide them with any credit card info - it is very difficult to get your info deleted from their data base. Have discussed this with them and tryed several times to get a refund but cannot get through to their accounting department.

Horrible place to go for anything. Read my other reviews I'm a very fair person. I always compliment great service and rarely leave a negative review. Only when the service is so horrendous that I'm forced to put a review just to help other people avoid a headache. The staff here do not care about you, are rude, and do not want to help you (unless you're getting them a sale). The person I dealt with was the XXL tall person from the staff. Thanks for nothing!

I was amazed at how quick and helpful Gloria the phone Representative for chatr was able to help me and she was so helpful. And a had me smiling from ear to ear and she has excellent customer service skills! Keep up the amazing work you all do and thank you for your hard work !

Called at 3:02pm Jan 6th 2018, Someone picked up after a couple rings and didn't answer, I could hear the employees, a guy and a girl just chatting with eachother and laughing. Stayed on the line for about 5 minutes before hanging up. I think they meant to pick up then hang up right away as it's 3:10pm and I tried calling again but the line is busy, I'm assuming they didn't position the phone correctly when they tried to hang up on me.
