DMS iTech support team is excellent. They are easy to communicate with and typically get my IT issues resolved on the first try. I've worked with other IT service companies in the past which seem to take too long to even respond to my initial request. Not DMS iTech. They are responsive and don't make me feel incompetent when seeking help.

I have been using DMS Itech for over 5 years now. The team has completely transofrmed and modernized my IT infrastructure to the latest technology and ensured the my company is always secure, running and backed up. DMS developed network plan that connected my 3 North American Offices and helped merge the, once split system, into a single unified system using office 365. Finally, the team is very responsive and willing to do what it takes to solve an issue. Highly Recommend.
