Crack On

I’ve lived all over 3 different provinces, the US and in the Caribbean. I’m part British and travel there frequently. Never mind food-truck, this is consistently the best breakfast sandwich you can get anywhere, and it is definitely the best you can get in Vancouver. You’ll love it.

My go to breakfast sandwich. My fave menu items are the Mad Yolk and Take It Easy but you really can't go wrong; all the options are tasty. Highly recommend adding on a hash brown to take it to the next level. One of my favourite Sunday activities is to grab a Crack On sandwich and sit in a park or nearby brewery.

SUUUPPPER messy to eat, but these sweet & savoury grilled cheese sandwiches are delicious! Highlight was the candied jalapeños. Knocking off 1 star since I found a piece of hair in my sandwich (I’d only do a half star if I could – it’s honestly pretty understandable since it is a food truck). Tad bit pricy for a grilled cheese, but I thoroughly enjoyed the flavours – good to try for sure, but not sure if it’ll be a regular order for me personally. I booked Crack On for a staff event and the truck was a hit! Staff loved the brunch idea and enjoyed all their delicious food. Booking, menu decisions and payment process was easy and well organized. They also accommodated many dietary restrictions which was appreciated. Thank you again for coming to our office!

One helluva messy sandwich but it was worth it.Ordered the Crack Sandwich (Two Rivers maple sausage, fried egg, havarti, candied jalapeño, tomato relish, lemon, garlic + thyme aioli, & micro greens on grilled sourdough bread) -$14.A nice combination of sweet/savoury with a light hint of spice. The ingredients do start falling apart so it’s definitely a two handed job haha. I’ve ordered this sandwich in the past and came back for it again. I think that speaks for itself.Also ordered the Loaded Hash Browns (2 hash browns, bacon, grated cheddar cheese, pickled red onion, candied jalapeño, gochujang aioli) -$9. Their hash browns appeared to be shredded potatoes mashed together into a patty which gave it a more fluffy texture on the inside but still a nice crunch on the outside. I found them to be a bit on the salty side, but nonetheless still demolished them. In my opinion, the portion size to cost ratio was a bit off on this one. Much smaller than I had anticipated given the price.All in all, it’s a good truck that I would recommend you try.

I worked with Crack On a number of times for CelticFest Vancouver and highly recommend them! The team are great to work with and their sandwiches are the best! When you are on your feet all day and someone hands you a Crack On sandwich its a good day!!!Looking forward to working with Mark and team again soon!

This is my go to breakfast foodtruck. I have enjoyed the sandwiches from Crack On on several occasions. They always exceed my expectations. The grilled sourdough bread is always crispy and fresh and the loaded hash brown's are amazing.

Saw this food truck out in River District and decided to give it a try! I was vegan for a day and got the Plant in Love sandwich. Not knowing what to expect, it was a dense sandwich. Left me full and I liked the tomato relish. I probably wouldn’t get it again but will definitely try the EggyMcEggFace next time!

I had the Eggspo ‘86 sandwich - a little messy, but only because it was packed with lots of good stuff and a freshly cooked egg! The vegan sausage they use is delicious. The people working the truck were very friendly.
