Couldn't have had a worse experience with a service company. Mistakenly listed that the squealing noise was coming from the washer and not the dryer and the service technician refused to look at the dryer instead. I called the company to see if they could update the work order, so the technician could look at the dryer instead, but apparently, that's impossible, even though they're standing right here. But don't worry, they can come back in a week for another $150! Oh, and no offer of discounting either bills either, so paid $150 for a technician to spend 30 minutes telling me that there's nothing wrong with the washing machine. While the dryer squeals away.I could never in good conscious recommend this company to anyone, especially when they argue that they're in the right because well the service request was filled out wrong"
