Pricing was given then back office changed it. Local rep said he tried to have them change it then he ghosted us when we kept emailing to find out about our $144 refund. Finally complained to service department and it has taken them 6 weeks to start the process and get us our refund for the over charging. Still waiting for the refund. Week 7. Terrible process and service

I've been trying to cancel my bin for the last 3 months and they will not respond to me. They are over priced. I'm stuck with paying $109 month for this bin because they refuse to cancel.
