Good doctors. Walkins are sometimes quick whereas at other times it may take several hours of waiting. For those without insurance or from out of country it can be a little more expensive when compared with few other clinics in the area.

Dr. Adeleke is our family doctor, and we love her. She’s understanding, kind and listens to concerns. Her information on introducing solids/allergens to babies is a little outdated, but otherwise, she’s been amazing. HOWEVER, beware if you walk-in and get Dr. Massoud. This man is abrupt, aggressive and dismissive if you are a woman. He also suggested and pushed that I should give my 11.5 month old juice. In what century is he living? Juice is full of sugar and absolutely not recommended for babies or toddlers anymore. I am concerned with how up-to-date his knowledge and advice are, and his bedside manner could use work.

Dr. Hasan Al-Obaidi is a true professional and exceptional doctor. I had an appointment last week but he had to go to Emergency. Later that day he called and apologized for missing the appointmen. Keep up the great work and glad I found him as my family doctor. Kudos to all the staff at the Postmaster clinic for running the place efficiently and supporting the doctors. Thank you!

Nushin Daya has to be one of the most dumbest physicians of all time. I went to this clinic as I needed to see a doctor for an undisclosed medical issue ASAP. I’ve had this issue previously a few years ago and told her what had helped me to recover quicker and ease my discomfort. Instead of listening to my ask she prescribed me antibiotics. I knew this wouldn’t help my situation as I took these antibiotics the previous time I had this issue and it had 0 benefit. She said if it doesn’t help, come back in 24 hours (this recommendation made 0 sense) and another physician will be able to help. Clearly she didn’t want to do what I had requested her to do. Why would I want to come back in 24 hours if you just had listened to me in the first place. It’s not like the situation was going to get better just by taking antibiotics in 24 hours!!After my visit at this clinic, I immediately went to another open walk in clinic in Oakville. Once I saw the physician they asked me why did I wait this long to have my medical issue resolved. I should’ve told them that their colleague recommended me to wait 24 hours and take antibiotics.Patients do yourself a favour and don’t have your needs looked by N. Daya. She’s terrible.

Honestly probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a doctor. We took our 3 year old daughter here to have stitches taken out, and she was very upset about having it done. (She's 3, after all). After a short time, the doctor got so frustrated he threw his instrument on the ground and stormed out, raising his voice and telling us he had other patients to deal with. All because a 3 year old was crying about having a procedure done.I can't believe this person chose to become a medical professional. Totally disappointing and honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in a place like this. This is by far the closest walk in clinic to my house, but there is no chance we'll ever go back.

Don't ask what is a waiting time, ask how many people ahead of you. Each patient spends about 10 or more min with the doctor. It was 12 patients before me, 2 hours at least to wait. But I was told that it's one hour waiting time.Leaving the clinic at 12:10pm. I came at 9:15 am.

Dr Al-Obaidi is a quack. He is rude, dismissive, unprofessional, lazy, ignorant and a danger to any patient that visits him. If you value your health whatsoever, never come here! I would not trust him to fix a sandwich.

Nice place, good receptionist, but horrible admission and appointment system! Called in this morning for an apartment and she said, “we don’t give appointment over phone but if you come now, there is no much wait time”. In 30-40 minutes in the office but already more than 30 patients a head of me! Has been sitting in the car for 2 hours, checked in and she said still 10 more ahead of me and I should be able to see Dr in less than an hour! 3 hours with a sick kid sitting in the car, in a beautiful sunny day? Why? I don’t know the answer, but I might have some guesses…..Is it because to ensure your Drs have non-stop flow of patients ready to checkup? Are your management and possibly physicians worry if a patient ghost them? Really? I see lots of families with sick kids on their shoulder walking in the block! You are not only wasting their time, but also making patients sicker and setting incorrect presidencies.Remember, these sick patients are the physicians who are going to see you in your retirement ! You are teaching them that physician time is more important than patients! Please think twice!
