RedEase passes themselves off as fixed cost IT support company but their incompetence cost me $1000's of dollars in down-time over the few short months my company worked with them. The owner was constantly trying to upsell me on his proprietary software which was not why we hired them. As a result, they were not focused on solving my IT problems with long-term solutions, choosing instead to bandaid everything. Either they did not know what they were doing or did not care. Their billing was confusing and mistake ridden resulting in numerous over-payments that they refused to credit us for. They also provided minimal work log information to explain what we we're being billed for. Steer clear.
